Who we are

MoonDesk Media is a marketing agency based in Miami, Florida. This policy covers moondeskmedia.com. Questions or requests: hey@moondeskmedia.com.

What we collect, and why

When you contact us. The form asks for your name, work email, brand name, store URL, monthly ad spend, the platforms you are interested in, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to assess whether we are a fit. We do not add you to a newsletter from this form.

When you browse — only with your permission. If you accept Analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer. If you accept Marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel records page views and, if you submit the contact form, a “Lead” event; we also send that event to Meta from our server (Conversions API) with your email address hashed (SHA-256), your IP address, browser user agent and Meta cookie identifiers, so Meta can match it to an ad. If you decline, none of this loads or is sent.

Always. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure, and we apply a short-lived per-IP rate limit to the contact form to stop abuse.

Services that process your data

We name every service that touches visitor data:

• Cloudflare — hosting, security and the contact form endpoint (always).
• Adobe Fonts — serves the typefaces on every page; Adobe receives your IP address and the page URL (always).
• Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox (when you submit the form).
• Google Workspace — the inbox where we read and answer your message.
• Google Analytics 4 — site analytics (only with Analytics consent).
• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API — ad measurement for Facebook and Instagram (only with Marketing consent).
• YouTube — videos in blog posts load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play.

Cookies and your choices

Before you choose, the site sets no analytics or marketing cookies. “Decline” stores only a small cookie that remembers your choice (cc_cookie). You can change your answer at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages stay in our inbox for as long as we are in conversation, and up to 24 months after. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Meta retains event data under its own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its use. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email hey@moondeskmedia.com — we answer within 30 days.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and the services above may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

If we add or remove a tool, we update this page and the cookie banner at the same time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
