4 days alone in the wilderness, with no food, only a tarp, water, and a journal. My intention was to find out "What matters most to me? What's my purpose?"

I explored the moments of my life when I felt the happiest, what did they have in common? They all had a community, people who cared about me as I cared for them. Relationships—I thought—that's what matters the most.

At its core, marketing is all about facilitating and forging relationships. I found that my business was extremely relational and that made it truly enjoyable. In Marketing From The Heart, I write about Relationship-Based Marketing Strategies for Consultants and Professional Services.
