Before this, I worked at my family's management consulting firm, where I learned a lesson that still shapes how we work: the businesses that grow the most aren't the ones with the biggest budgets — they're the ones with the clearest story and the sharpest creative.
I moved to Miami Beach to pursue that obsession full-time.
